With advanced degrees in geology and geophysics from respected and accredited American and German institutions of higher learning, Dr. Hector R. Hinojosa, P.G., oversees the professional geoservices department and manages domestic and international projects.

MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Hector R. Hinojosa, PG
Prior to Cordillera Geo-Services, Dr. Hector R. Hinojosa, PG, was a Junior Geophysicist and Senior Geologist, Geophysical Application Engineer at Advanced Geosciences, Inc. (AGI) gaining unparalleled experience in the electrical resistivity tomography imaging industry.
There he opened and established the Latin American market and also supported the U.S., Canadian, Mexican, Asian, and Australian markets. Previously, he was a Staff Geoscientist at the Seismological Station Bensberg of the Institute of Geology and Mineralogy of Cologne University, Germany.
During his career, Dr. Hinojosa has contributed to industry and academic publications including geological surveys for regional tectonic studies, geophysical surveys, exploration of natural resources, geometallurgy, earthquake studies of active and past seismicity, geoarchaeological surveys, and geotechnical site characterization.
Dr. Hinojosa is a recipient of numerous academic awards for preeminent work and research. He has experience teaching industry geophysics workshops as well as both university geology laboratory courses. Currently, Dr. Hinojosa is an Adjunct Faculty of the Department of Engineering Technology at Texas State University where he teaches environmental technology courses. He lives in Cedar Park, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, hiking, cooking, and reading geoscientific literature.
Antonia Zeller-Hinojosa, MBA, SHRM-SCP
Before Mrs. Zeller-Hinojosa joined her husband, Dr. Hinojosa, in the venture of Cordillera Geo Services, she held the Global Vice President HR position at an international tech company building and leading the team in Europe and the United States virtually. Prior to that she worked as the Head of HR for a global tech start-up in Munich, Germany supporting its growth from 70 to 150 employees in 1 year. She was also involved in the recruiting field for years and helped the biggest European publishing house, establish professional recruiting practices for the first time, as well as recruiting the best international talent for SAP headquarters in Germany.
Mrs. Zeller-Hinojosa holds an MBA in general management and an MA in International Human Resource Management. She is an SHRM – SCP (Senior Certified HR Professional) and is bi-lingual in English and German.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, hiking, reading, traveling, cooking, and dancing.
